Aim of the Session:
Communication Skills, Managing Difficult Situations, Coaching Skills to solve workplace issues, Stepping into Assertiveness and learning to say 'No'. Become an expert negotiator and influencer. Discover how to manage Social Media for yourself personally and for your business. Discover your role in teams using Belbin analysis.
- Introduction to 2 of the 7 Key Skills as part of the 7 Key Skills PA Management Programme.
- Assess your abilities in how effectively you communicate verbally, through body language and how good are you at listening not hearing?
- Learn how to manage difficult situations at work using open questions and coaching techniques
- Recognise the difference between aggressive, assertive and non-assertive behaviour and how to respond
- Improve your negotiation skills and how to use the art of influence and persuasion
- Develop your skills in team communication and discover your Belbin team style to work more productively with teams at work
- Explore how to use social media effectively for business and the importance of your LinkedIn profile
This programme can also be delivered in Middle East, Far East & Australia and as in 'in house' programme tailored specifically for your organisation's needs.
ILM recognised programme, CPD accredited by The CPD Standards Office and approved by Birkbeck, University of London for PA students studying the CertHE ManPAs.
