Wellbeing for Work and Life Programme
Living and working in the 21st Century has created unprecedented stress levels in the workplace and in our personal lives, not only for Executives but also for the Office Professionals who support them. Looking after your health and wellbeing is vital for productivity and for a positive workplace and the good news is that this is now being recognised by many organisations as they introduce Wellbeing Programmes for their employees. Global PA Association & Training Academy support these initiatives as through our members feedback and from delegates on our Training & Development Programmes we see first hand the impact that stress is having on many of them. In 2004 we introduced the initiative of Health & Wellbeing at Work at a BT PA Network Event at the BT Tower with Dr. Hilary Jones, TV Doctor for ITV Good Morning Britain and Lorraine Show.
The Founder, Rosemary Parr has a personal interest in Wellbeing for Work & Life as her personal journey has not always been straightforward. For over 20 years Rosemary has been studying healing, coaching and mentoring, championing physical exercise, meditation, nutrition and other therapies to support the wellbeing of herself, her family and her Global PAs. A 1:1 Wellbeing for Work & Life Programme has now been created for Global PAs and their Executives who wish to have personal and private support and learn from Rosemary's experience. Sessions can be 1:1 or small groups and can take place with a combination of face to face and/or via Skype depending on your location.
