7 Key Skills PA Management Programme is an advanced programme that develops the managerial strengths and abilities of 21st century Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants & Secretaries.  This groundbreaking training raises the skills and professionalism of this vital workforce sector. With ILM recognition (the Leadership and Management division of City & Guilds, the no.1 for qualifications) this programmes offers organisations and their EAs & PAs an in depth training that ensures that both the participants and the employer gain more value from their staff.  Developing the core potential of employees ensures greater productivity, motivation and enthusiasm for their role, with the added ability and confidence to take on additional responsibility.  This programme is ILM recognised & CPD Standards Office accredited. It is also approved by Birkbeck, University of London for PA Students studying the 'Certificate in Higher Management for PAs' CertHE ManPAs (First year of a degree in Business or Management, 120 credits).

The certified 7 Key Skills PA Management Programme consists of three 1 day programmes which are held monthly or on 3 consecutive days.  After each session you will receive a CPD Standards Office Certificate and if you complete all 3 sessions you will receive the ILM 7 Key Skills PA Management Programme Certificate. There is also optional coursework which is compulsory for EA & PA Students studying at Birkbeck, University of London on the CertHE ManPAs. 

7 Key Skills PA Management Programme (Certified) consists of 3 Masterclass Sessions.

Day 1: The Strategic Business Support PA Masterclass, De Vere Venues, Holborn or West One, London

Forthcoming dates are:  25th October 2018. (also on 9th October 2018 as part of the complete 3 day programme), you have the option to attend on that date as well.

2019 dates are: 24th January 2019, 4th April 2019. (also on 15th January 2019, 19th March 2019 as part of the complete 3 day programme), you have the option to attend on those dates as well.

Aim of the Session: 

Introduction to the 7 Key Skills and a focus on the skills of Organisational Skills Business Supporter and how to be the Strategic Business Support to your Executive and his Team. Topics covered include: Managing your Manager, Organisational Efficiency, Commercial & Business Awareness, Time Management, Minute Taking & Project Management Skills

This programme can also be delivered in Middle East, Far East and Australia and as an 'In House' programme tailored specifically for your organisation's needs.

ILM recognised programme, CPD accredited by CPD Standards Office & approved by Birkbeck University of London for PA Students studying the CertHE ManPAs.

Introduction to key communication skills, verbal, listening and body language. Discover how to be assertive, influence and negotiate plus Social Media for business.
