Session includes group work on a Change Management Case Study.

 

Develop your Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Skills using Six Thinking Hats Methodology. This session will build your confidence, self awareness, emotional resilience and develop your problem solving capabilities. The Participants will work in groups to come up with solutions to a problem.


Executive Assistant Performance Management – you will discover how to continue to build your Credibility & Professionalism and return to the office with renewed vigour and a Professional Development Plan. This session includes how to develop your Personal Brand and showcase your skills and abilities.
